A Brief Discussion on the Service Culture Construction in Radio and TV University

Pay attention to services is one of the essential factors to Radio and TV University keep ahead of other competitors in exploring the implementation of distance education with Chinese character.Therefore,building distance education service culture are significance.The Radio and TV University should overcome a variety of questions that exist in cultural construction services,should be clearing the service concept,strengthening the service consciousness,improve service capabilities,improving the service system,setting up services mechanism,building the service products and createing a favorable service environment.
