Considerations about the Construction and Utilization of Internet Information Resources

The character of Internet infornation resources is first depicted, and then the advantages of academic li- braries in the construction of Internet information resources and the fundamental mode and present hindrance in resource constrution are discussed. Finally, the strategies for the construction and utilization of Internet information resources are put forward.
