It sets up the unified information management supporting system which accords with the digital coding standardize and the operating standardize of China Telecom .It fully ensures the fast response to the front demand to realize the management of The Flat Structure in the enterprise and promote the service quality level of every branch of the enterprise . So it can achieve the goal of improving the users' satisfaction.
