Study on ATML Modeling Method Based on UML

By analyzing ATML,XML and UML,the mapping relationship of XML Schema and UML is presented.Using their relationship,the ATML modeling method based on UML is introduced in order to solve the problem of modeling method based on XML Schema.At last,according to an illustration that is capability class for describing each channel of instrument and test station,the modeling method is implemented.
