The rapid development of science and technique, brings mankind to the information network age. The newly-arising network culture creates anew environment of life and culture for modern mankind. It also brings an opportunity as well as challenge for the way of thinking, life style and behavior mode to modern secretary. The purpose of this paper is to increase the working efficiency and the comprehensive qualifications of modern secretary by way of conducting theoretical analysis of the relation between the network culture and modern secretary.
