Binary linear k-weight codes C(n, k) is defined as n-dimension vectors, the weight is 0, 2, … , 2k-2 respectively, and 1 k ≤ [n/2] + 1. This paper has a detailed discussion about error-detecting abilities of C(n, k) by studying antithetic distance distribution of C(n, k), provide the sufficient and necessary conditions of C(n, k) to be the best error-detecting codes, and give a research about its approaching characteristics.
