A Design of File System and Reliability about NAND Flash

Nand flash become widely used in embedded system because of high memory density and high memory speed.So how to improve quality of Nand Flash file system is a main subject in this paper.First this paper present the design method of file system,main about FAT file system in embed system.And then a new method of dealing with the bad block is also introduced in this paper to get over the hindrance.The method is that replaces the bad block with free space on the flash.Bad blocks marked in the file allocation table are never used again.It has been carried out in a project with high stability.
