Clinical observation of Aerosol Salbutamol with finer bronchitis

objective To study the curative effect of Aerosol salbutamol treating the capillay bronchitis. Methods Choose 106 resident patients with finer bronchitis and divide them into 2 groups randmly, the therapeutic group and the contrd group. The control group were treated with standard method, on the basis of this, the therapeutic group was given atomize in breathe( 10ml) three times a day, observe the improvement after the therapy couse. Results The effective rate(90%vs17.4% )of the therapeutic group and the control group was significantly different(P0.01). Conclusion The therapeuTic effect of Aerosol salbutamol on capillary bronchitis is better and has less side effect. It is worth popularing.
