A partial blind signature scheme based on bit commitment

In this paper,the concept of partial blind signature is briefly discussed,and a new partial blind signature scheme based on bit commitment is proposed.The most important application of the scheme is in off line electronic cash systems.We also proved the security of our scheme based on discrete logarithm assumption.
