Design of Impact Signal Adjustment Circuit

According to the problems that when measuring impact signal,positive and negative charge signal which high impact and vibration sensor outputs cannot be directly converted by the AD converter and the signal is often mixed with noise,impact signal adjustment circuit which contains charge—voltage conversion、DC isolation、amplification and tenth order anti-aliasing lowpass filter is designed.And every module in the impact signal adjustment circuit is theoretical analysed and pitch point parameter is calculated.By means of test,the measured filter curves and voltage that the impact signal adjustment circuit outputs are very closed to the calculated values.Positive and negative charge signal that sensor outputs can be successfully converted to fixed limited voltage signal and high frequency noise in the impact signal can be effectively filtered through this impact signal adjustment circuit.
