A Negotiation Model Based on Case-based Reasoning Mechanism of Intergovernmental Decision

In the process of promoting urbanization and urban agglomeration,a lot of information sharing activities between intergovernmental often accomplish by negotiation.It is an important problem that how to improve the efficiency and successful cooperation ratio for negotiation.According to the negotiation character of intergovernmental consultation,we put forward applying the technology of CBR to the negotiation of intergovernmental consultation and some key technologies have been studied.At last we have put forward the logic model for CBR in the negotiation.
