Analyses University Counselor Team Construction Quality

College counselors,are the backbone of student work,who undertake the historical task of fostering and training the socialist builders and successors for the new century,The quality of student affairs management is deeply influenced by the college counselors' self-quality,moral cultivation and working mode.This paper points out some problems in student works and propose effective way to optimize student affairs management resources and boost healthy development of student works from four aspects: clear career positioning,effort to improve selfquality,serve the students wholeheartedly,strengthen the sense of historical mission.
