The current study on TBT warning used economic theory and mathematical models to make early warning. This technique has two serious disadvantages. First,collecting industrial data is difficult. The second is the poor of timeliness. Early warning system for technical barriers to trade based on topic detection can present information in time rightly. This paper establishes system model.It's proved that the application is successful.
