New technology and application in hydrological auto measuring system

The paper introduces the components of hydrological information auto measuring system and the new technologies of transforms,communication,computer and network used in the system. New Taking Jilin province flood control rain-fall auto measuring system for example, the application of GPRS/GSM is present, which realize the hydrological information measuring system’s automation and wireless.
