Nonlinear Characteristic Modeling of Analog Elements Based on OTA

Nonlinear characteristics of a typical circuit unit (OTA) is investigated which lead to the nonlinear expressions of OTA and analog elements composed by OTA,and analogue floating inductance,ground resistance,phase inverter and amplifier.These expressions are of importance to nonlinear analysis of OTA-C filter composed by the unit circuit. Inaddition, methods used to deduce these expressions can be applied to other similar circuit.
