Properties of states for Markov Chains in random environments

On the basis of Foguel's L1 Theory and the general theory of Markov Chains,the author discusses the properties of states for Markov Chains in random environments,obtains a sufficient condition for strongly recurrence states and the relationship between strongly recurrence states and properly essential states and,meanwhile,obtains the relationship between conservative set and its subset.
