Parallel research of string matching algorithm based on r-contiguous bits in WCCS environment

By introducing r-contiguous matching rule in immune system to string matching algorithm,a new algorithm r-KMP based on traditional string matching algorithm KMP is proposed.It adopts the matching threshold r to control the matching degree between the text string and the pattern string.Then parallel algorithm r-KMP is deployed on the platform of Windows compute cluster server,the algorithm performance and the time complexity are analyzed by experiments.The results show that the algorithm r-KMP can effectively control the string matching degree,its parallelization reduces the operation time while running and improves the efficiency of string matching.
