The Analysis on Professional Qualification of Periodical Editors

The comprehensive qualification of periodical editors influences the quality of periodicals.The analysis is made from political qualification,educational qualification,level of morality and professional qualification.The paper suggests that we should learn more knowledge,have an idea of competition and an idea of service for others if we want to improve the qualification of periodical staff.
