A construction project is a comprehensive and integrated activity,which involves many phases from reconnaissance,design,construction to operation and maintenance.The participant parts include the governments and superior departments of the project juridical,financial institutions(banks,insurance and financing consulting institutions),the client,construction manager,designer,contractor and supplier.Developing an interface coordinating platform is conducive to solving the interface problems among all the participants in different phases and realizing the full information share and utilization,and finally reducing the schedule,cutting the cost and improving the quality.
