Research into software project management

This paper describes the development of project management, and puts forward the project management pattern of Around project and based on man and makes use of the forerunner management tools and strictly controlling the progress, from the point of view of project management, which is based on software project's characteristics and the problems of organization's loosening and short of development plan and the ability in management and in software project's process.
