Influential Factors Analysis of Poor Professional Conducts in the Medical Institutions

Based on the past statistic record of the medical institutions' accumulated points of poor professional conduct,the Logistic regression technology was applied to reveal the relevant elements affecting the accumulated points of the poor professional conduct,which provided an important management and decision-making basis to tighten the supervision for medical institutions and to improve the institution's awareness to conduct their profession in a legal way.
