In order to realize the performance assessment of public security department,divides performance assessment into daily performance assessment of staff and accountability assessment of leader,the final score is the sum of daily performance assessment score obtained by staff and accountability assessment score obtained by leader.According to this method,designs the work flow of performance assessment of public security department.
