Applying the Policy Based Routing Technology to Multi-exports Campus Network

This paper brings forward a technical solution to conforming the ascendant resource provided by CERNET and local ISP in condition of multi-exports campus network,then obtains the purpose of reducing international accounting charges of CERNET.It's an effective way which is used in the campus network of Huaiyin Teachers' University.
