Objective:To investigate the effect of the action of maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula nursing intervention.Methods:81 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(49 cases) and control group(32 cases),two groups of patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula in routine clinical care, and in the experimental group received routine nursing basis also increase the number of nursing intervention measures, and these patients with arteriovenous fistula retrospective analysis of clinical nursing interventions. Results:In the experimental group of 49 patients,43 patients with fistula function is good in the postoperative period(2 years),open rate is 87.76%;while in the control group of 32 patients,23 cases of fistula of patients with good function(1.5 years),open rate is 71.88%;arteriovenous fistula occlusion phenomenon, the experimental group was 9 cases(18.37%),and 15 in the control group(46.87% cases). Conclusion:Arteriovenous internal fistula clinical nursing interventions based on the need of maintenance hemodialysis patients may be effective in the prevention of fistula obstruction, infection and aneurysmal complications, and prolonging the service life of the fistula,to improve patients' quality of life.
