Design and Implementation of Virtual Disk Encryption System for Computer Terminals

This paper introduces the design and implementation principle of a virtual disk encryption system running on the Windows XP operating system.The system virtualizes a block of storage space on user's local disk as a virtual disk image file by using the OS driver loading technology,and provides a virtual disk to store encrypted user data,which ensures user important data security.
