Implementing serial communications programs with the WIN 32 serial API

In modern survey, it is a common problem to implement the serial communications programs. And the way to program a serial communication program under Windows platform is a basic problem in survey data processing .On the basis of experience, we studied the method using Win API communication function to implement the serial communication programs and analyzed the characters of multi-thread technologies. Finally, taking the ASHTECH GPS for example, we studied the related technologies.
