Combined with the application practice of customer service and billing information management system for gas business enterprise,the main technical points of the system architecture including V model for customer master data,powerful and flexible billing function sustained by price engine and powerful function of payment processing and bill production are analyzed. The key technical problems including the establishment of customer master data model,construction of complex pricing ability and development of interconnection capacity between banks and enterprises are discussed.
