This paper introduces the system composing of the DCS of how to make pulp from AOCC ,configuration of software 、hardware and network. Production results show that our DCS system has a low investment, it consumes less power ,the system is stable and reliable。Moreover, this system has a high automation level, because it is based on DCS. The system is practical useful.
