In view of this fact that Currently,national hospital management system and medical insurance system have conflits that are caused by the differences between the mode and format of healthy information transmission, this paper covers that on the premise that making the least adjustments to the present healthy management software design system and ensuring hospital manage system information security,how to realize the interface and distribution of internet usingEmbedded Linksand Virtual Private Network technology.It will effectively solve present problems.Such as,medical insurance system and hospital manage system interface and security.and will make sure medical insurance work smooth going.
