Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes diseases. Methods Ninety-seven cases of cervical lymph nodes diseases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, their sonogram features were analyzed retrospectively, including peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV),RI and blood flow spectrum.According to the pathological results, the patients were divided into benign group(60 cases) and malignant group(237 cases). Results There was no significant difference of PSV and EDV in the two groups(P0.05).When the lowest value of RI was taken, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),when mean value of RI was taken, there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05),when the max of RI was taken,it has important significance in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lymph nodes(P0.001).While there was significant difference of blood flow spectrum in the two groups. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can provide reliable information for diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes diseases.
