Recognition of Grinding Status Based on AE Technology

This paper analyzes and processes the acoustic emission(AE) digital signal based on maximum entropy(ME) principle and proposes a method of recognizing grinding status with less sample number.It also focuses the research on the mean-square deviation of different sample number,uses the estimation of probability distribution to recognize grinding status according to the grinding experiment and presents the reasonable sample number for recognizing grinding status.And the validity of maximum entropy method is proved though the experiment.
