Application of Cloud Focus Theory in Air Defense C~3I System Effectiveness Evaluation

Cloud focus model include: identifying the indicators system, calculating all indicators cloud models, using dimension synthesis cloud to express the performance index system situation, adopting the weight deviation degree to measure the change of cloud focus model and using cloud model to realize the evaluation set and evaluation result. Constructing C3I system evaluation model based on cloud focus includes ensuring the evaluation object index set, ensuring the index weight, listing the state value of index, ensuring the cloud focus vector, and ensuring the weight deviation degree. The simulation shows the feasibility of the model.
