Design of Tele-communication Management System for Supplier Based on KPI

Supplier management is the key point of Telecom administration in terms of its influences on the long-term development of Telecom.The information in Telecom plays an important role in enhancing its international competitiveness.After analyzing the current situation of supplier management,this paper puts forward the supplier management system based on KPI in light of relevant theories of management on IT.
