Criminal Analysis for WikiLeaks Events

WikiLeaks events reflect typically characteristics and types of the current cyber crimes.We should regulate cyber crime on the basis of the traditional criminal rules and criminal theory,and change Legislative constantly under the new circumstances.Cyber crimes include two types ones:one is crime for network information system taken as targets;the other is crime for network information system taken as Instruments.The former ones which meet the circumstances of new crimes are new types of crimes;still the later ones are traditional types of crimes,although they are not the same behavior means and social harmfulness as traditional crimes.Our criminal legislation reflects the theory for above category of cyber crimes.
