5C process method for mobile Web browsing

To study the convergence algorithm of the Web pages based on mobile device.The object is to make a seamless access experience on whatever the device.To achieve the object,there are two block actors,one is mobile network bandwidth,and another is mobile device capability.A new 5C method(Convert,Cut,Compress,Cache,and Converge)is designed to create a new HTML file and to implement a seamless access experience.
