Research and Application of the Improved ASAP Method

This paper introduces a performance inspection management index system with an improved STIP(Sub-Target Inspect Performance) style based on the ASAP method.As a general ERP system enforcement method,the ASAP method is studied firstly.And then the inelasticity of system enforcement under some constrain conditions is analyzed.Further,for the example of ERP system enforcement in Zhoushan electric power bureau,this paper puts forward a STIP-based method,and describes a STIP index system in detail,which provides a new management method and a performance management mode for implementing large-scale informatization systems.
