Study on measurement and calculation of ability of fire-fight

Due to inexact calculation lies in the ambitious dimensions for the ability of fire-fighting in traditional research.I bring forward the flux and gross of fire extinguishing dosage being as the dimensions which not only match the demand of fire protection dangerous source but also can calculate the ability objectively.Because the ability of fire-fighting depends on the fire-fight resource amount and its structure as well,I suggest a theory which means the ability of the system is determined by the scantest resource,thus a model and an algorithm are designed to calculate external and scientific fire-fight ability through analyzing the amount of the scantest resource and the ratios among the resources.
