Using Doppler radar data in Daxinganling,cloud volume is used to determine a target in the artificially catalyzed lightning elimination operation and reliable basis for lightening elimination operation is provided by extracting feature parameters of radar echo,monitoring the initial echo of thunderstorms and tracking weather changes and thunderstorms.
