Contract generation and data extraction program for Web environment based on SOAOffice middleware

Contract generation is an important component in contract management system.By analyzing the shortcomings of existent contract management systems of Web environment,a new method for contract generation was given.The method solves a number of problems in previous contract management systems,which has organically combined contract generation with later management,accomplishing contract sign templates,on-line contract approval,automatic data extraction and efficient,accurate,standardized later management.The method designed carefully the data structures of contract management and contract templates,which provided the implementation of extracting and combining data of contract for Web environment by production of various types of contract templates and SOAOffice middleware,and completed the function of contract online approval and management.
