Performance of Sphere Decoding for NOSTBC System

A low complexity SD algorithm for NOSTBC of MIMO system over wireless fading channel is presented.Compared with the ML algorithm,the SD algorithm has lower complexity and better performance.In order to reduce the calculation complexity of searching signal space,the scheme of dynamically adjusting the search radius is adopted in SD algorithm.The simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the low complexity SD for NOSTBC is comparable with that of ML algorithm.
