Application of Support Vector Machine in Weapon Systems Effectiveness Evaluation

Traditional effectiveness evaluation methods of weapon systems depend on a great deal of simulation experiment results. First, statistics study theory and support vector machine (SVM) method were introduced. Then, the effectiveness evaluation method based on SVM was studied. And the concept of operators was applied to this method. The prediction pattern of evaluation model based on SVM was built. At last, an application sample of missile weapon system effective evaluation was given based on SVM. And the evaluation results were analyzed.
