Analysis on Price Appraisal Method for Real Estate Transactions Assessment System

The three assessment methods commonly used for the price appraisal of current real estate transactions in China are analyzed and studied, a loop algorithm of real estate transactions assessment based on market approach is proposed. The algorithm can produce reliable results and has been applied to the real estate transactions taxes assessment system.
