TD-LTE system initial cell search and algorithm

This paper gave detailed design for LTE cell search process,including timing synchronization,frequency synchronization,sector ID,and cell group ID detection.Proposed a maximum likehood algorithm based on PSS to provide a precise fractional frequency offset estimation for UE,the algorithm could accurately estimate the fractional frequency offset for frequency synchronization.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the performance of the algorithm designed under AWGN and multipath channel is good,with high precision for timing and frequency offset estimation.
