A design and implementation of the data management system for marine environment monitoring

According to the actual demand to marine observation data management from manual to computer intelligent of currently domestic marine environmental monitoring job,this paper designs a suit of practical data management system for marine environmental monitoring.This system uses advanced computer software technology and database management technology,integrates the existing observation equipment's data,and implements the intelligent management of marine observing data.Simultaneously it reduces the management cost of marine observing systems effectively,and provides more information and resources for the dynamic-published marine information website.So far,the system has been put into tentative operation for half a year in Mindong Marine Environmental Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration,which runs stably and reliably and achieves comprehensive benefits significantly.The field application indicates that the system can well fulfill the anticipated assignments and has a good prospect of promotion and application.
