Emergency Measures of Preventing Hangzhou Bay Submarine Pipeline Leak

This paper offers emergency safety measures of preventing submarine pipeline with an example of Hangzhou bay submarine pipeline. It simulates oil pumping to produce negative pressure in the pipeline in order to prevent the submarine pipeline leak using SCADA system. The results show the pump can produce -0.038～-0.04MPa in the pipeline so that it sucks up sea water into the pipeline to prevent the leaks in theory.
