Study of the Information Ability in C~4ISR Systems

The paper introduces the situation of the study in information ability,using a three dimensions model for the study of the information ability in C~4ISR systems according to the attributes of the C~4ISR systems. This model separates the information ability into quality dimension,contents dimension,and timeliness dimension.The quality dimension includes objectivity,utility,and integrity;the content dimension includes completeness,relevancy,consistency,and novelty;the timeliness dimension includes real time,responsiveness,access time,and flexibility.The criteria completely reflect the requirements of the information ability in C~4ISR systems for the missions.
