HIS Systems Design of Descriptor Robust Control Model

Robust control model of descriptor is discussed taking a hospital as the background, combining with information technology and network communication technology. First, closed-loop robust model of descriptor system is given. Second, gained method of designing to network by model is proposed. And hospital information's high integration and standardization,operation flow's standardization are realized.
