Two effective factors of IT performance were briefly introduced firstly.Comprehensive optimization model of multi parallel IT applications,by optimizing the IT resources planning policy based on nonlinear global programming,were emphasized.Then,an example was presented to demonstrate how to apply this model.Existing problems on IT systems performance optimization model and future research trends were discussed at last.
