A decision method of production process data stability

By analysis of characteristics of production process data,the necessity of deciding the stability of production process data was explained.Three common data stability deciding methods were introduced,and based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages,a new production data stability deciding method—the secondary stability algorithm was put forward.The algorithm includes two parts,which are deciding process of data stability in fixed time segment and searching algorithm extension.Its core content is to compare the probability and relevant stability indicators of data occurred in range near the average.Taking the concrete data of the Panshan Power Plant as analyzing example,the results of above-mentioned methods were compared,and it was proved that the secondary stability algorithm is more rational testing method with better robustness and higher accuracy.
