It is true to the present situation that there is much controversy about the problem of the conclusion of the investigative Experiment.So it is necessary to discuss this problem.The conclusion of investigative experiment not only has the formation of a scientific theory,but also has the basic properties of the evidence.Therefore,it should have the qualification of the evidence.And in view of its specificity,it should be a separate form of evidence.At the same time,different types of conclusion of investigative experiment have the different proven ability.
